ZeeCal’s trademarks, logos, and trade dress must not be used without explicit written permission.

User-Generated Content

ZeeCal may allow users to submit content, such as data, text, images, or other materials. Users remain responsible for their submissions and grant ZeeCal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute their content.

Access and Eligibility

By using ZeeCal’s mobile applications, you confirm your agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the service.

ZeeCal’s services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. They are not recommended for individuals with serious medical conditions, histories of eating disorders, or users under 18 years old without parental or guardian supervision. Use of ZeeCal should be based on your own due diligence and consultation with a healthcare professional.

Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

ZeeCal retains full ownership of all materials within its apps and website, including software, text, and design elements. Unauthorized use of ZeeCal’s branding, logos, or trademarks is prohibited without prior written consent.

Automatic Renewal Options

By subscribing to certain ZeeCal services, you agree to automatic subscription renewals. Unless canceled, your payment method will be charged at the start of each renewal term, which will match the length of your initial subscription unless otherwise noted. Renewal rates will not exceed the previous period’s rate unless ZeeCal notifies you of a price change before renewal.

Free trials, if offered, will automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. No refunds will be given for partial use periods.

Refund Policy

ZeeCal offers refunds for Google Play and web-based subscriptions within 35 days of purchase. All Lifetime purchases are non-refundable. Purchases made through Apple are subject to Apple’s refund policies and must be handled directly with Apple.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your ZeeCal account at any time; however, all fees are non-refundable. We do not offer proration or refunds for partially used service periods.

Cloud Services and Third-Party Services

You acknowledge that ZeeCal relies on third-party cloud providers (“Cloud Providers”) to deliver its services. ZeeCal is not responsible for any act, omission, or failure of any Cloud Provider.

ZeeCal’s services may also interact with or allow access to third-party services (“Third Party Services”), which may have separate terms of use. By using such services, you agree to comply with their applicable terms and conditions.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

You use ZeeCal at your own risk. The service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and assume no responsibility for inaccuracies or errors in platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeeCal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. In any case, ZeeCal’s maximum aggregate liability for direct damages will be limited to: (i) the membership fees paid by you, (ii) the membership fees you paid during the previous calendar year, or (iii) $1,000 USD, whichever is lower.

Amendments and Termination

ZeeCal reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We also reserve the right to terminate your access to our services without notice for any reason.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Oregon for any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.
